Your site will get that big. Just keep working on your site, make it as best as you can, make it look nice and professional, submit to Katz. And when you get a nice member base of around 3k members...find people who want to upload and find a way to give them what they want as a whole. Don't give one uploader one thing then another uploader another. It needs to be an "uploader" thing...not an individual thing. It's kinda hard to do but it is possible.
