Yes it's possible as there are MANY auto submitters out there that are not on warezlinkers. Are they any good? Yes, a few.

Are your looking for a fully automated Auto Submitter? Like one where you add a plugin or mod to your site and then it fill's in the boxes for the posts you check on warezlinkers? If so no I don't think any exist.

You really need to clarify exactly what your looking for and what you want it to do. Auto can be a vague word.

It could be coded but it would depend on what type of site you want to install it on.
