To PayPal or Not?
So how does everyone pay for services?
As far as I?m aware, in the UK we no longer have any over-the-counter pre-paid cards that can be used for online purchases without address verification.

while you can link your cc or bank acct to your pp account, you're more at risk of pp 'limiting' your account. basically, this means that you can't touch whatever funds you have in your pp account. the reasons for freezing pp accounts are also not known, but i hear that usually they require you to send them multiple documents, including copies of your passport, utility bills, and bank statements before they'll even consider unfreezing your account :/. that said, i just attach my cc to my pp accoutn and pay like that. they charge you extra for using cc to pay, though...

megavideolinks.comUnless the person is doing something wrong with their paypal account (paying a warez hosting site/business is not illegal....) paypal cannot just give out your info.
Of course, they are forced to if the copyright holder/giant ape of the law takes their ass to court.
