I am planning to start a warez linking site. Scopehosts.com is the hoster. Does anybody have experiences with this hosting company? And they say there servers are located in luxembourg. Does this mean i am safe from DMCA, and Luxembourg is an EU country, so the EU must have a similiar law to DMCA, am i wrong?

For people saying Netherland is the best place for warez, this is not right. BREIN is taking down warez sites. Leaseweb.com doesn't allow warez anymore because of this issue.
