Hotfile with problems counting some files?

is there a program like RUM for rapidshare that works with hotfile?

I mean, some files is not counting at the stats... and I have the correct link in my site... this is really strange... i have the same problem with hotfile , to check this i myself downloaded my file , even after 10 days there is no counting of files , it's showing the same 0.03$ earning that's it .
Do hf count files downloaded by premium users or they count only free downloads ..

This problem happens with me once, I emailed them and after that didn't noticed any uncounted downloads

Buddy, No earning will generated if you downloaded, Because there system know your ip and didn't count that downloads.
