Ok guys after a lot of discussions:

Heres what i think is bets for us:

Intel Xeon Quad
4x 2.83+ GHz

8 GB DDR2

2x 750 GB - SATA2

1 Gbps Line

10TB bandwidth

Server location: France

and it''ll be 5 users on server with a cost of: 23 Euros per month

with each person getting: 280Gb Space
2 TB Bandwdith allownace
Torrentflux of course
Rapidleech is discussable---- dependedent on demand

and If there are 5 people interested ill get on and ge tit and itll be ready in about 2 hours if all goes well.

Payments will be made via Paypal So what do you guys think?

Also i will accept recommendations?

We will be going for a Unmetered Server
With a Internet to OVH100 Mbps
And OVH to Internet 200Mbps

Will the slots be split or is it open for everyone?

Mate the process will be that the full server will be divided amongst 5 people with all getting an equal amount of the server split equally between all 5 and equal Price. So its not about making profit but having a sort of Private Server with guaranteed no overselling etc.. as we own it.
