It looks like most of vpsfactory's IP on blacklisted on SPAMcop, including mine. They seem to stop most outgoing email from my server. Is there a way to remove my IP from their list?

I suggest emailing them. Either vpsfactory or spamcop

Well Spamhaus will only deal the datacenter apparently and they will only remove it once they are satisfied that the matter has been handle up to their satisfaction. I emailed vpsfactory a couple of times. They have emailed Spamhaus 5-6 times but have not received any feedback from them.
All this while, the members who registers on my forum arent getting their validation email. Would I be able to ask for a new set of IP from vpsfactory?
