Some Urgent Help Needed

I just upgraded to Gold.

1. quick reply doesn't show up in threads while it does in PMs.

2. Search only gives Sticky topics as results (the upper one)

3. Need to edit the bar (Whats New , Blog) and so on.

4. The template seems to be messed up a lot
