I'm looking for a good offshore host (shared) for the time being, that's got a good record for uptime as when it comes to offshore there can be quite a bit of downtime.

I'm looking for something that has around:
  • 2-5 GB of disk space
  • At least 15 GB of bandwidth and the option to buy more through the month if needed
  • Control panel doesn't matter to much
  • Servers must work with vBulletin without any problems
  • Ignores all DMCA complaints and will not terminate my account if you recieve any. please note I wont be host warez
