Depends on what features you want, if you want a total new script, how advanced you want it....

if you wanted WCDDL with 5 mods "installing" and theme conversion id charge about 60$ but i have high rates because im a good programmer lol

it'd be massive modding i suppose.

instead of people submitting webpages, as webmasters do
uploaders, would be submitting their downloads.

a register feature, along with login, cpanel for users, and for admins of the site.
so yeah massive modding.
