As the title says, Xenu.ws is now officially open to the public.

This post will highlight the webmaster-side of Xenu more than the user-side due to the fact that this is a webmaster forum.

Traffic-Ranked Downloads

At Xenu, we rank downloads by Traffic!
The way this works, you submit downloads, you join the Traffic Exchange, you send traffic. The more traffic you send, the higher your submissions are listed.

This is similar to the katz "rating system" but we decided that system does not give a fair share of warez to all webmasters. However, with our traffic system you can rank high for downloads simply by sending traffic!

Also, only sites which submit to Xenu may join the Exchange, meaning you will not have to compete with large sites as they do not submit to us!

Website Ratings

No, not katz website ratings, we find that "process" irrelevant. Our website rating system is very different, we allow any webmaster who has previous submitted to us to request a full rating of their site.

A full rating means a whole Article and an actual Rating for each request. This gives you an overall view of what the public see your website like and what can be improved rather than a single, useless rating value.

Featured Boxes

As a webmaster, you may purchase one of three Featured Boxes on Xenu. Each box can be customised to your own needs, you can select a custom URL, a custom image and a custom title.

These specialised boxes will allow you to boost your site's traffic and therefore generate a high profit/revenue.

General Traffic Exchange

The Traffic Exchange is not only used for listing downloads but, of course, is used as an exchange too.

The more traffic you send, the higher you are listed on the Exchange.

Considering the fact stated above about large sites not being there to compete with, this means you will rank much higher than on any other regular "link exchange".

You may also view your traffic statistics at any time in your personal profile.

Private Webmaster Forum

Once you have become a Xenu Webmaster, you will have complete access to our private Webmaster Forum areas. In this area, you will find general shares, traffic exchanges, discussion and more.

General Non-Webmaster Features
