Not bad, I like how it's clean and neat looking, but everything seems really big.

Wow. This is so similar to what I did when I first started web design. I used to have things look way too big too . Nothing wrong with the layout, but the colors are too simple, and nothing real interesting going on with it. Keep at it .

My stuff were big too, I remember when I did my first WCDDL design. JmZ told me to use 12-18px font size not pt

too big too bulgy my suggestion is if ur just staring on web designing try to copy other template but ofc dont release or use them just for practice delete after your done creating your style

12px is roughly around 3pt, this is also what I usually use on most elements...

Its very nice & a clean one.
Just it looks somewhat dull, so minor changes can make the skin look amazing
