Yup, just checked them & chatted with a rep & found out that they don't allow warez linking lol.

Nope never heard of them either. and yeah i was about to say i do not believe panama is offshore lol. I have many people telling me and finding hosting b/c they thought it was offshore having to move b/c of some copyright people

They keep telling that they're offshore but they have a lot of restrictions.

Offshore, as in the sense that they are offshore from the united states.
But not offshore in the sense that they allow illegal content (warez linking, adult porn, nulled scripts etc)

Mostly, no matter where you are, it's legal until you get caught.
