I am looking to buy a vps for my small warez site that is rapidly growing by day so would like to hear what most of the webmasters here think who and what is the best vps company please any suggestions ?

I can pay for the vps account from 20-40 $ monthly.
My sites gets 2000-4000 hits a day and i can get a lot more but since i am on shared my host suspends my site for a day when i get over 3000 hits.
