Hotfile Remote Upload from Netload?

I'm currently having a VPS located in Germany and got decent speed uploading to Netload, Storage. The problem is Hotfile, uploading speed is around: 400-800kbs. I have saw that usually hosts from USA have very high upload speed to Hotfile.

I have read on the net, that you can remote upload using Hotfile from Netload, Rapidshare, Megaupload if you have a premium account. Is that true?
I was going to buy a Hotfile Premium account, buy I may need to think more about it, because Netload might help me more, if the remote upload its working and the transfer its fast.
Btw anyone know if all those Chrismas promos would dissapear in January?

Any advices and ways to make my uploader life easier are very welcome
