PHP Developer to finish AutoSubmitter

I need a forum autosubmit script made, basiclly the same as the warezlinkers auto except instead of submitting to warezlinkers site, i need it to submit to my own autosubmitter.

If you can do this let me know how much and time frame of getting it done.

forum software is ipb 3.0.5

I could do it but from what I've seen of SplitIce and his work it would be better/faster. Otherwise I'd have made an offer. Don't know about zibo or his work to be honest. Best of luck though too all.
