i am looking for different offshore hosts that can allow warez linking and such .But the main thing im looking for is a host that has a automatic billing system where everymonth the company can just withdraw the amount needed automatically each month.Such as when you get the invoice the is a paypal button at the top which says subscribe.That is my main thing that i neeed


Also i should have made myself clearer but im only looking for shared hosting at the moment

Also im not looking to spend more than $22 a month
