Is switching from vb to IPB easy?

if so how would I go about doing it?

and would there be any way I could make any old vb links redirect to the new ipb ones?

why would you want to change to IPB? there would be tools out there for it when i converted phpbb to vb i converted to the links to using mod rewrite im sure you could do the same, try search google.

went with 4.0 because not many other sites used it so it would of been more unique and I could of gotten a good skin that isn't overly used yet

you can make a VERY simple htaccess rewrite to fix all your links, this way u wont lose any kind of traffic.

ipb is a good choice also, hard working team at the very least!
