It will upload files to sites automatically? I mean will it consume double bandwith or it'll automatically make mirrors?

Yes ofc..
It will multy-upload your files to the selected servers, more servers=more bandwidth.

Or the application could cost $50 to buy, and it could send your file to a remote server and this server will upload it to all hosts... lol..
