Question, how is your server located in DE, if you said it is in Amsterdam?
(that is in the netherlands)

Now my geography may be wrong, but i don't believe amsterdam is in germany.

Last night, we got shifted to the FR Server
It was on DE before. Now it is FR (too bad)
I personally contacted the Datacenter Sales person that, whether their FR Servers allows Warez & Stuffs.
He said, until they(Datacenter) aren't threatened to take any action against the particular user, they will allow anything (except proxy as it rapes the server).

Also, if anyone of my clients get any Piracy-Reporting problems, then I'll shift them to a HK Server (coming soon).

I'm limiting the accounts on the current server so as to not oversell. If all things go well, I may look on to doing a Contract with a HK/China Datacenter for better server plans, and to resell their servers directly.

Hope, everything goes as what I have planned. Plutost.com will reach the heights very soon.

You didn't answer Sandino's question though. It was on DE before, but in Amsterdam? . You might use another name for your company as plutost isn't a really reputable one.. good luck

Well, my Geography might not be good, but I'm in Hosting Business for years.
I accept that I wrote 'DE and Amsterdam' because when you just say Amsterdam, people do not take it as offshore. But when you write 'DE' or 'Germany', they get an idea that its Offshore.
