Link Exchange PR3 site (private)

I am been building a site which was intended to be private but i might as well get some link exchanges.

Site traffic is very little (currently) but PR3 (of course info will be given once site is done, in the next few days)

I figure ill see if there are any one looking for link exchanges. Your site must be PR3 or higher OR must contain a lot of traffic.
