A Change of your theme would be nice, this theme is used on many other Forums

mm many people says that its unique
and that they like that theme ill add a 2nd theme so people can choose

nice clean skin, logo is good, might wana do something with the footer, also try to customize it abit it looks a bit "stock".

Also the Big Banner at the Footer isnt looking nice , resize it.

um first thing comes to mind is the new and old post icons, did you make that favicon?

Maybe in your css add

border-bottom:1px solid #DDD

TO:

.alt2, .alt2Active{
    ...
}

And also in your template for the forum list change the 12px padding from the forum icon to 3px

will shrink it down a little and seperate the alt2 row for visual purposes
