i agree there are few who are also statisfied but there are few who want more in that much of price

As I said their'll nearly always be a few but as long as it's low it's ok. What % of your customers are complaining. Is it like just 5-10% of your customers or is it 50% of them. If it's 50% you need to stop hosting or get way better plans.

currently i have no complainting customers i just got the down right now, doing it now for getting it back , i have no downtime from 3-4 months!

this is my first downtime, i never get the downtime before , this error comes before 1 min , i don't know why just email the data center, i already have 50+ customers for hosting i don't know why the error comes

i m in myoffshorehost work from october i don't get even one downtime!

i don't know if it is just me, but i did not understand more than 5 words you just said.

To tell you the truth, what i did get out of it is that something about your customers complaining about your hosting.
maybe they are complaining b/c like cyber said "it sucks". Maybe you should look into getting a better server, better datacenter, or improving your overall methods of selling / managing your server.
have you ever heard of "the customer is always right" ?

Of course people want cheap things, they either want cheap or free, that is all! But remember, you get what you pay for!

if your server is managed and you get your datacenter to fix a simple 403 problem, you should turn off your computer right now, unplug it, and throw it out the window. (if you do not have a window just smash it with a blunt object, or maybe even your head).
I can't believe you just stated that you cannot fix a problem like that, you should not be in the hosting business at all!
Honestly, i do not care if i am out of line or you take into offense what i just said, but it is the honest truth.... i still can't believe you just said that.......
