are the customers statisfied for what they paid??

hello,

i have a gr8 experience with the web hosting and in managing the server..

i have noticed it many many many many of the times that the customers are never statisfied in what they paid..

if they pay $5 they want the germany server or any else which is the most costly but at low price they want!!

do you notice it too??

i don't mean that they are wrong, but they don't the know value of that product for that company!
