everyone uses Leaseweb + OVH servers , and they never got any warning , except if some one reported them , and that's what I'm trying to hide , info enough to report me .

second , I will buy the server from a reseller , and he won't take any responsibility of what his customers do , as ovh , leaseweb allow reselling .

I know that reseller , and they are using OVH , never thought they are using other companies .

and OVH rock , and they act blind till they get reports .

I'm not sure if I can change the ip of teh server to an ip not belong to ovh .

All you need to do is have the VIP FTP server hosted separately from your forum server. Buy the VIP server with another name and address and who cares if it gets reported. buy another if its reported
