    Go To AdminCP --> Usergroup Manager --> Edit The Usergroup Wich You Want
    Find This:
    Password Expiry (If you specify a number of days here, users will be required to change their password when this amount of time elapsed since they last changed)
    Change Its Value To 0

    2.
    Open FTP and go to forum_directory/includes/config.php and edit the file
    find this:
    // ****** PATH TO ADMIN & MODERATOR CONTROL PANELS ******
    // This setting allows you to change the name of the folders that the admin and
    // moderator control panels reside in. You may wish to do this for security purposes.
    // Please note that if you change the name of the directory here, you will still need
    // to manually change the name of the directory on the server.
    $config['Misc']['admincpdir'] = 'admincp';
    $config['Misc']['modcpdir'] = 'modcp';

    change its name to anything u want..
