    Basically all of this waiting days for stuff to be done, we have some valuable sales waiting to happen,

    due to Burst we have servilely lost all of our profits this month pritty much makeing us bankrupt, and we have had several chargebacks because of burst. we have decided to stay with burst, but these upgrades need to be taken place asap or we will loose these sales not able to carry on with our company any longer.

    This is really annoying me now firstly burst,

    I orderd a port upgrade they changed the ips didin't tell me wat the new ips was and then you updated the ips like 7 days later and i don't get compensated back for that,

    this is why i don't like shared or resellers, rather deal with the server myself... you learn over time to deal with issues like this yourself don't leave it to shitty support like you have.

    I am not moveing providers as it puts a lot of stress under our staff, and our customers, am just simply posting a support ticket warning people that they should not go with burst, as this is how they handle support tickets,

    Haha I love the part where you try to seem like a big ol' business man going broke because of 6 days of downtime, yet your going to a extremely budget host with such small pockets for opening a business

    But really now, burst has been awesome for me. Never waited longer then 10 min for a support ticket answer even after hours
