Hello, IP: 64.120.147.245 as you can see its pingable,

my provider has done a os reload, with raid 5 x4 1.5tb hds costed me about $40,
and they said 24-48 hours they did it but then they sent it from the build department to the support department they said we have to send it back to the build department so i kicked off they said they have sent it to the customer support department tho i have clearly told them due to the days this has taken and other issues, i simply won't be able to pay off the server, wat should i do as i have already lost money due to the weeks downtime i have suffered with them after a port upgrade.
