basically if you want to run site for public use go for a dedicated box , if personnel use where you wont require much space / bandwidth then share box with some one

guys what you think about personal use? I will need dedicated server or another? Becouse dedi servers are too expansive...

For personal use a VPS can be good,or even a shared hosting will do.If you are thinking of public use,then you will need a dedicated server with good network connection(100 Mbit or 1 Gbit).
