I think you need to be at least old enough to be [lawfully] liable for your own actions.

I personally dont do business with anyone unless they are proven, either by vouch or previous experience. The thing is that a LOT of people are all talk, but when the shit hits the fan, only the few are still around.

Having said all of that, the most important thing is preperation and repetition. You do this, i do that. If it fucks up its that persons fault and that person is expected to fix it. Set VERY clear lines on what is and what is not expected of you, and in any situation that has not been covered, when it IS required, make sure that problem is delegated to a specific person for the next possible event. That way everbody know exactly what is expected and can't complain.

Regular contact and discussion and a very business-like manner are very important. Its one thing jerking around and a completely different thing talking business. ALWAYS make sure when you talk business you dont fuck about and you say exactly what you mean.

If you are prepared for that, then hell, you stand half a chance

As you can see, its not easy workin with me

Im not saying all kids/adults are mature or immature but it certaintly reflects on their background which influences their actions.

Two prime examples of a younger generation.

There are thousands of successful businesses, franchises and corporations out there operated by late teen to pre 25 year old individuals.

It just takes a brilliant mind. Just because you don't see them often around here in the younger crowd doesn't mean that they don't exist lol. Perhaps its because those individuals have taken their own route in life.
hmm yea i'm 20 now going on 21 soon, had a warez site for 2+ years but been in the Warez Scene since I was 11+. It's only the last 3 -4 years that i've started sites.

You don't see many successful youngsters cause you scare them with your age disrespect talk so they just lie to all of us that they're 18+ etc.

So in the end, it really depends on the personality, some of us grow up very fast, some of us never do = )
I have silly moments in MSN, Chatrooms, facebook and with my m8's at University and that's when I can do my b/s, chatting shit and being a prick, never take this attitude in business.

The majority of the older indeed are more mature and successful.

However, the majority of the older ones were indeed the young ones with the ideas to begin with. Live and learn. Newbies fuel this mutha fucka. You start turning away the newbies and you can say goodbye Warez.
