Yep we buy our HK servers from them but we have our own hardware so prices are cheaper at wrzhost

I guess worldstream no longer allows warez linking . So tele-asia.net is a go from me as every one is shifting from nl to hk and they are the cheapest in the market

I was once put on a KeyWeb.de server, probably was one of the fastest I've ever been on, so I doubt Germany is slow, maybe a few Datacenters are, but I doubt all of them are.

Fyi: RS is in Germany, and their speeds are quite the kick-ass ones.
