Cannot access site...

I cannot access http://warezcoders.com without a proxy. I've changed from opendns to my isp dns and back on my router and in windows and still can't access it without a proxy. When I tracert it gets about 11 hops and then times out after 216.144.233.82 I even tried Google's public dns and can't get there. I disabled all software that might be blocking it, but no help. I've tried from 3 different computers that are on my router using different windows and firewalls and av software. I am hoping some friends nearby will get back to me soon about being able to access it or not. Until then I can't figure it out. Anyone able to offer guidance? Shouldn't be my router because I can get through the first 11 hops to it...I'm lost.

works fine for me try ipconfig /flushdns

If I tracert xenu.ws it times out after the 11th hop also.

try flushing dns, or restarting your computer.
If all else fails try Firefox

not using full version of malwarebytes by any chance if you are turn of the IP blocker

Sounds like your IP range is blocked, you will need to contact your host and ask them to unblock your IP address. This happens to me all of the time, it might be your range or, just your IP in particular. This gets automatically blocked when you enter your password wrong to many times into a htt access protected file, e.g (Cpanel password wrong). You just need to make sure that you don't enter the wrong password. I hope this helped & works.

I asked if the server was blocking my ip range which is what I finally figured it had to be and the reply was "the ip range is not being blocked, nor your specific ip"...
I'm getting stuck at 216.144.233.82 so doesn't that mean that this one is not getting me to the next or the next is blocking me?
I can proxy there...but it sucks...my ISP is no help either as they blame the end server...
