Anyway I have a suspicion of a bot posting at one of my forums. And I hate bots.

I got a few more who just reg... and post in link heaven.. I ban em... but different IP shows up all the time... and again Link Heaven Posting.

He's also been active in Jay's multi poster thread.
So definately, he's using a bot.

I think your best off talking to Jayfella. I know ages ago (back in April) when he was doing the first Autoposter he had a whitelist and you could see the names on the whitelist. He was also developing how webmasters could have their own whitelist to prevent people using his poster on your site especially ones who didn't follow rules on your site. Don't know what happened this. Your best of talking to him about blocking the person at the source, as Hugo (as an example) could just create a new account and change IP.

Hey not my fault you don't reply to multiple admins/gmods. You don't post by the rules, your threads are horribly formed, and your links become dead in 24 hours.

If you would have replied at least once, maybe I woudn't have banned you, but you ignored everything. It's been months.

So if its not suited for music boards, then why do you run your bot on my forum?

So can any other person who has banned account. I doubt most botters will go to that trouble though.
