thread problems

hi huys i seem to be having a problem when i create a thread it works but as son as i put a rapidshare link in the post it comes up with an error saying :

forum/newthread.php could not be found.

maybe u deleted it?

try reuploading that file.

no the file is there hasn't been deleted at all i tried reploading it and still not working

whats the file chmod to
should be 755

tried that it doens't work i figured out if i have the word rapid shar it comes up with the error but if i take rapidshar out of the link it works.

is there any way of configuring the .php to allow rapidshare links
