oh i see. thats because the theme you are using is not a pro-silver inherited template. You would need to know what your doing to alter that mod to alter the visual style.

Try making a few more posts for starters as you've only one. Also what forums are assigned to the latest posts. That could be the reason as it's saying "There are no topics or posts in this forum."

I think the shoutbox has a fixed with, whereas you are using a fluid theme - that would be your problem.
