I would like to know what I can improve on.

On Xenu, we are rated 7/10 (Soon I will ask for a re-rating)
On Katz, we are rated 3/5. Haven't asked for a re-rating because I feel the site wasn't ready for it, however I'm getting close now.

The old skin was much better, well thats what I think. I like how you've got the buttons to sections at the top, one click and your there, great idea. Ah just switched to dark version, its the best one! Just a small question, why have you got a disabled image for the requests image? (lol). Nice simple favicon =] I do agree with the 'sexy banners'. I'm glad their are a few members who don't put ads on their site, but wouldnt one be good? (At the bottom).

Overall 9/10.

P.S I'm not that good reviewing a site as you can see so if i've over done it with the rate who cares.

I like the favicon, simple and good. But I briefly remember the old skin and I preferred that.
Might be a good idea to put "Username" and "Passwod" inside the login box because there are idiots on the internet who will be like "How do I login!?!?!?!?"

It might be a good idea to have 1 forum called "Requests" and put other requests forum inside it as sub-forums to make the homepage tidier.

The layout needs a little work, a lot of categories can be merged into one forum. The buttons look like they are from a downloadable pack and not tailored to your skin. Although your forum descriptions are creative they are a bit long. Overall there isn't anything that makes me want to register more then any other Warez forum.

Skins

Dark Blue - This skin is used by many other Warez sites, mostly ones that are just starting off but a few veterans which takes away originality and makes members wonder why don't they go to the forum that looks the same with more content. The banner doesn't look like it was tried too hard on. 2 C4D's and some nice text.

Hestia Blue - Probably my favorite out of the skins you have installed. The banner is much nicer and simple, but my other comments remain the same. You should try to get some custom graphics for this skin or pick a new skin and get GFX for it. Without custom GFX a forum looks un-original and sub-par most of time. Also, the category title is not what catches my eye while looking for the names of each forum, it is the "Forum, Topics. Lat Post" bar.

Light Blue: All comments apply but the category titles and the link coloring should be changed.

Absolutely not I like to keep it more organized then that. Plus I'm preparing for when the forums grow a little bit more.

Yea i'm just getting used to all three layouts. Still not done with them, but I only have one person that does the gfx (sometimes another) and he is usually busy. I myself don't do GFX.

Look around the Scene for other designers, I personally have trouble with simple gradients () so we payed a designer from another forum. Even people from non-warez forums are usually willing to do it for some cash.

Yea but my server bills are hefty enough without no ads (and we're not on shared either, its a dedicated server)

I've noticed you've switched default skins from dark to light. That was a good move

It just needs to be customized now, I know you don't do graphics yourself and have no money, but maybe you can find someone to do it for free. I don't really care for fixed skins, but that's just me.

As for everything else, it looks pretty good. I don't much like the descriptions though, I see "..." in nearly every one.
