(Bulletproof) Offshore Hosting?

I have been awake for more then 26 hours now. Ok, big deal you wonder..
Well I took a day off and spend all this time researching and gaining knowledge about offshore hosting and bulletproof hosting.

It was very time consuming and gave me some headaches along the road. So I researched and researched and came to the conclusion that its very difficult to find a reliable (bulletproof) offshore hosting company. I have read many topics on various websites, blogs, forums varying from 2004 to 2010. I finally decided to sign up at this forum :-) So here I am!

So I'm in need of a bulletproof offshore hosting. I'm starting up a small website that sells mostly imported Chinese goods that are considered counterfeits in my Country. And no I'm not selling fake iPhones, iPods etc. I'm not that lame. I'm selling alot of different computer parts (USB cables, Hubs, etc.) Videogame Accesoires etc. You name it.

I'm a resident from The Netherlands (we use .nl domain) and please correct me if I'm wrong there is no anonymous .nl domain option available. Whoisguard or whatever you want to name it Therefore my options are a .com or .net domain. What I found out is that Ukraine, China and Russian are reliable. Ofcourse not all of them, take out the rotten apples first!

I think I will go the China route to full anonymity. Why?

- I'm scared of the Russian Botnet
- I don't have connections and/or relatives in Russia
- I heard Chinese is a bulletproof Haven. (please correct me if i'm wrong)
- I have experience dealing with Chinese dropshippers and wholesale.

I don't do mass mailing (spam) so that's not the reason it needs to be bulletproof. I don't host warez or link to warez. I only sell goods that are considered counterfeits in my own country (The Netherlands) In China its not illegal because they dont acknowledge international laws. (They have their own laws considering counterfeits)

Because my business is relatively small I was also thinking do I need shared offshore hosting? Or Do I want dedicated offshore hosting?

So basically I'm looking for someone who can put me into the right direction. For now I'm going to sleep and when I wake up I hope to see some posts. I'm not expecting to get spoonfed I'm just tired

China is definitely safe for counterfeit goods. I know of a few places that sell high quality counterfeits of a ton of items that I purchase from monthly for my business. They have been running fine for the 10 months that I knew of them.
