I want to offer these vps plans but first i want your opinions

Bandwidth: 250GB PREMIUM
Guaranteed: 256MB DDR3
Burstable: 512MB DDR3
Panel: Kloxo/LxAdmin
15 Euro/Month ( No nasty contracts! )

The vps are OFFSHORE! and great uptime.
Allowed: Warez Linking, Nulled Scripts, Adult/18+, Proxy, Torrent Trackers (Private), RAPIDLEECH!(Private), TORRENTFLUX!(Private)
NOT Allowed: IRC, ********* and cpu consuming scripts.

Main Server Specs:
- Intel i7-920 4x2.67GHz
- 16 GB DDR3 RAM
- Datacenter: Frankfurt,DE/Germany
- Portspeed: 100Mpbs

it's not advertising, i want to show it to you guys, so you can rate it and say what you like, so i can edit the plans before i post it to the advertising section.

EDIT: Price your plans so you are not overselling - 100GB Space for €4.50?

Then worry about expanding - looks like you are trying to jump into the deep end too fast.

no im not overselling( im a reseller with the shared plans, scorpiohost checked them and allowed them. ), i just wanted to show you guys the plans, so i can edit them.

Let me get this straight, you are not the root admin of the main server on which you are providing the VPS?
