Sorry right now we didn't offer windows based vps yet as if we do then the price would be higher than anything you can find. Until we fully get all our staff MCSE status only then we can buy Windows License in cheaper bulk prices.

Perhaps around 2-3 month we will start offering it.

No warez hosting, warez linking would be just fine.. No spam.. Regarding DMCA take down notice you will have to remove it within 24 hour depend on how critical is it.

You can host as long as there is no complain.

Anyway it is fine as long as there is no complain about it. Also if you plan to open streaming content server I do suggest that you get a CDN or dedi for file server if you plan grew larger.

We can do installation for mod flv streaming if you need it but it has to be on separate
vps as it will use lighty as web server.
