Reliable RL host. Why is it to hard to find one?

I'm really desappointed with the rapidleech services I've used so far.
They all have frequent downtimes, low speeds, 100% cpu load, poor support in some cases, and the list goes on.
It is a real pain in the arse, as it really hurts my work as uploader. Besides I can't keep switching hosts as I may get my RS account closed due to multiple ip access. RS has already emailed me on this.
I wonder how members manage this issue.
