For this i have signup with my365host.com

after payment he ask to put my correct info ..

i cant provide correct info as it related to warez(illigal).

then they refused to give refund.

I lost my $4

Course you can provide correct info. how the hell is he not to know your not going to upload child pron. I used to be hosted with them and to be honest I havent found a better support since. You don't have to provide the exact details but something that makes them feel safe if they were ever questioned over something serious like child porn etc.

Why don't you go read our TOS and Privacy Policy?

We DO NOT allow fraudulent information. If we find out a person is using fraudulent information, we usually suspend their services and submit a ticket to them giving them 24 hours to change or we terminate their account.
Since we were talking via MSN i gave your the courtesy of telling you even before you started hosting.

Since you did not want to change them and you admitted that they were fake, we terminated your account and did not give you a refund.

Your loss really. We not only do this for your security, but for ours as well. So we are sorry we try to provide a secure hosting environment =/

Your whois registration is also completely fake.

That doesn't mean shit. It's easy to get a fake paypal. Sandin0's only covering his ass encase their were real problems. I can assure you he is one one of the safest people I know to give your info too.
Their are loads of hosts that won't take a paypal account unless it's verified so it's totally acceptable he's asking for info.
Furthermore
fuck it I'm really considering going back to Sandin0 as he knows his shit and is fair, honest, and tries his best .... even though loads of people hate him on KWWH for being an ass and bumping his topics every 5 minutes.
