1- Make the Backup of ur Database and Upload that database in the new server.
2- Make the Backup of ur files and Upload it in ur new server.

My friend leave that thing. Simply open PhpMyAdmin and download the backup of ur site and upload it in the new server. Next, select all the files in ur filemanager public_html and choose Zip from the options above and compress all the files of ur file manager in ur desired option and then upload that backup also on ur server. Change configurations about ur DNS and ur Board Settings.

    Hi
Your new webhost should be able to restore the "full backup" for you, using there whm server managment panel.

Or you can do like Palooo 2009 said and backup mysql + files and re-upload and re-import them yourself

Here are the steps you take :

    1) Make full cpanel backup (like you did)
    2) Make a support ticket, and give a link to support of where your backup is located.
    3) If they have ssh knowledge they will restore it in less than 10 seconds.
