OK Guys I have problem with login or coockies or session or something like that. I have few people that never logged in and sometime I can not Logout

Some guys can login but they request this URL

domain.com/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=11&do=postthread&forumid=11

and that is a blank page even when I try to open that
