Their are sites available to make sitemap for ur site.

Example :

http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/

You can use Webmaster Tools of Google to make Google run through ur Posts.

generate a sitemap, then send google the link to your sitemap via:
http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/

there is not auto link transmitter which can submit the links .and create the site map.auto
