    does alertpay allow with drawl money to indian bank account??

Normally it will take only 2 or 3 days to credit my bank account with funds. But for the past 1 week, i did nt receive the amount which i transferred to my bank account and i received the below mail from gaypal. Dear ........., We are currently experiencing an issue processing withdrawals to Indian bank accounts. As a result, there may be some delay in withdrawals Rating: 5

    no we can ,only problem is gift option is gone .while sending from other contries paypal gives a message like 'transfer will be charged as there is no personal payment option in india.

    All indian sellers are requested to make invoices in paypal ( select request money / create invocie ) by doing this the transactions do not get reversed
