Searching for a Team

Hello guys,

I started a website Warezneed.com.I can't make it popular by working on it alone.So I am searching for a group of people to do it.I will pay for hosting.No need of financial support.

As I said it is a new website it is 1* at katz

So what I am looking for is:
1 or 2 Mods (if they can uplaod that would be good)
2 or 3 link spreaders (to spread our uploads across forums.Lol don't need to be manual as there are already tools for doing that)
and finally
Uploaders (I think this is impossible)

So anyone who got some leisure time can give me a helping hand.Well If you ask whether I pay or not,my answer is NO.May be I will pay you guys after atleast our website reaches 3*

you should try hire some paid uploaders

I already hired one uploader.I can't afford to hire more paid uploaders
Thats why I want someone who can help me freely in their leisure time
