It won't be public and I don't plan on overloading the VPSs.

Max 4-5 users per VPS depending on configuration.

Dont think you will find any vps for reselling rapidleech.

Bentink, santrex does not allow you to resell rapidleech on their vps, trust me, I tried and failed !

Youll need to get a dedicated server !
