NetM who posted about Provide-Hosting said they can do it, but I'm not sure if I want to go with them, simply because their DC is with Limestone Networks.

YEAh that is like a dedicated server have fun paying 150-500 dollars a month. Norted.com has some good vps servers. And they allow warez linking

well if you can up ur budget to $10 a month then http://www.dotncom.com allowes warez linking.There ip says they are based in washington but they are acctually based in canada apparently.They have really good speeds and do allow warez uploading i think aswell
