Hello sniper. I like the Inferno VB Shout (Pro). As far as installing it, it's pretty straight forward. Just read the instructions on where all the files go. After that just put this in your "Forumhome" under $navbar <!--{%SHOUTBOX%}-->

There's quite a few others out there just look around. I use that one on my vB 4.0 site. Hope that helps.
