This is the first time i see a phpbb theme modified to look like myBB..

Ok.. I think it looks ok.. Move the Katz button to the center or to the right.. it would look better.

customize your skin, the only changes you have made are the logo and the ad spots/link exchanges.
get a favicon

-Get a favicon
-Logo is pretty cool and unique
-This has been mentioned before but the Katz button looks awkward in it's current position
-You definitely should work on getting traffic and new members before you add link spots
-They're only constricting what you can do on the board currently and is getting rid of some flexibility you may have with the board style
